We are happy to make arrangements to help make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible. Due to the uncertanty of what services or procedures we will provide to your pet, we are unable to have a bill ready before your appointment. You are able to pay your bill in the exam room, however, at the end of your appointment if that is easier for you. There is usually time between the end of your appointment and the time the invoice is finished. During this time you are welcome to put your pet in the car and return to pay your bill.
We also allow you to leave a credit card on file and will send you a copy of your receipt. We will not run your credit card until you give us permission to run it. We do no bill clients and require payment at time of service.
